Kitchen Staff
Full & Part Time

We’re seeking a hands-on recruit to assist in the running of a busy kitchen operation.
The kitchen provides a main menu completely different to any other bowling alley. Focusing on fresh foods, exciting sides & gourmet burgers & hot dogs. See our menus in ‘dining’.
The role suits a current Commis Chef or Chef de Partie looking for progression, or a Junior Sous Chef looking for their next challenge.
The Chef team is responsible for:
~ Maintaining excellent food safety standards and levels of cleanliness,
~ Always ensuring the production of food to brand standards.
If you don’t have experience but are looking to learn we can also offer training. This includes qualifications paid for by the company.


Waiting Staff 
Over 18 Part Time

Is customer service your passion? We are seeking outgoing, friendly staff to interact with customers and provide a great experience at Ace of Lanes. Waiting staff are responsible for:

~ Interacting with our customers, taking and delivering food and drinks orders, and assisting customers generally whilst in the venue. 

~ Cleaning the lanes and oches between customer experiences.

~ Hosting adult and children's parties.

 If you don't have the experience but are looking to learn we can also offer training. This includes online training provided by the company that is industry recognised.


Bartenders 
Over 18 Part Time

As a venue we pride ourselves on our service of amazing cocktails and drinks! We are seeking Bartenders with flair and great customer service to serve behind our busy bar.

Bartenders are responsible for:

~ Maintaining excellent bar cleanliness standards.

~ Ensuring the production of drinks to brand standards.  

~ Processing orders for drinks and food correctly using our till systems.

~ Responsible alcohol retailing. 

If you don't have the experience but are looking to learn we can also offer training. This includes online training provided by the company that is industry recognised.


Receptionist 
Full & Part Time

Being on the front desk you will be the first point of contact for our company. Our Receptionist’s duties include offering administrative support. You will welcome guests and greet people who visit the business. You will also coordinate front-desk activities, including corresponding with customers and taking bookings.
This role may require working in shifts, so flexibility is a plus. Ultimately, a Receptionist’s duties and responsibilities are to ensure the front desk welcomes guests positively and executes all administrative tasks to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:
~ Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the venue.
~ Direct guests to the appropriate booking, assist in enquiries.
~ Answer incoming phone calls, take payments & bookings.
~ Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable.
~ Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
